New year means new releases! We are SO excited for all of the books to come in 2026, but here are a few of our recommendations coming out this spring!
Whether you’re a longtime member of the BreeHive like me or new to The Legendborn Cycle, this LEGENDBORN collector’s edition is absolutely a must-have! I love any excuse to revisit Tracy Deonn’s incredible story, but in this gorgeous new edition you’ll get to explore the world of the Legendborn like you’ve never seen it before with all-new bonus content! Plus it’ll look good on any bookshelf, with a stunning hardcover package that looks like it belongs in a medieval library. There’s so much yet to be revealed (keep an eye on our channels!) but I can definitely say that this is a book to treasure.

Truly this book needs NO introduction. If any of our books were to be turned into a coloring book, it would have to be this one! From painting the perfect picture of Pae and Kai in my mind to coloring in my favorite scenes, I can’t wait until I have this coloring book in my hands! This is the ultimate gift for your Powerless-loving bestie (or a treat to add to your own collection)! I also can’t wait to see everyone bringing their favorite scenes to life and sharing it online! I think this might just be one of my favorite releases this year (as long as Paedyn has the correct number of freckles, of course).

I've been waiting to shout about the conclusion to the EPIC Drowned Gods Trilogy and the time is finally here!!! The atmospheric, magical world that author Pascale Lacelle has created will pull you in like the tide, and will deposit you back on the shore at the end of your journey through this trilogy heartbroken, but in the most beautiful and memorable way.

Devious Prey takes the term "dangerous cargo" to lethal new heights. A dragoness has been smuggled aboard an airship, and now that the ship has crashed on a deserted island, she is out for blood. This book is Game of Thrones meets Lost meets slasher thriller. Your heart will be racing until the very last page!

There’s nothing better to welcome spring than an Emiko Jean romance! LOVE ME TOMORROW is a fantastic rom-com about Emma who suddenly starts getting letters from a mysterious person claiming to be the love of her life. With having 3 different boys to investigate, this book just keeps you guessing till the very end! This book is sweet, romantic, and will have you rooting for everyone. Emiko Jean has done it again!

Lights Out by Jenni Fletcher combines two of my favorite things— fake dating schemes and the drama of Formula 1. This steamy romance is perfect for older teen readers as it follows college student Maisie Evans working to further her education in sports psychology. Enter Giovanni (Gio) Bauer, F1’s next rising star and resident bad boy who needs to clean up his image. Obviously the only thing to do is enter into a mutually beneficial fake relationship where everyone wins and no one falls in love… From the high speed races to the glamorous life of being a world famous F1 driver, you won’t be able to put this one down!

Samantha Markum has done it AGAIN!! The romantic tension? The banter? The chemistry? Jamie and Blair are officially my new favorite book couple, and I make no apologies. Add this forced proximity, brother's best friend, first year of college romcom to your TBR immediately!

Anyone who's read Little Women knows that Beth dies…but in this modern retelling, she's dead from page one and she's been MURDERED. You get to read perspectives from each of the sisters, including Beth, as the story unravels. I was on the edge of my seat trying to figure out who the killer was, and there are PLENTY of suspects. The relationships and dynamics in this book may have moved to the modern day, but the relationships and heart of the story is still the same. Whether you love Little Women or you've never read a page, you will eat this book up.

Stacey Lee is BACK with Heiress of Nowhere! Set on a small island off the coast of Washington in 1918, this gothic historical mystery is incredibly atmospheric and truly unique. I can’t imagine another book that so perfectly intertwines history, a murder mystery, and romance with just a touch of the supernatural. This book has been on my reading list since it was first announced and now it’s almost here!

If you love heartfelt queer stories like Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda and witty stories of self-acceptance like The Lesbiana’s Guide to Catholic School, then you need to meet Ramin Abbas! Ramin is trying to complete his senior year of high school exactly the way he planned it, but life keeps throwing hurdles at him. Namely, the fact that because of missing some physical education credits (RELATABLE though), he’s forced to join the soccer team in order to graduate, even though sports are the last thing he wants to do. Oh, and he’s trying to reconcile what it means to be queer and Muslim. Plus, the guy he has a major crush on (read: MAJOR) is… the captain of the aforementioned soccer team that he’s now part of!
This is an earnest and hopeful coming-of-age story that will have you rooting for Ramin, as he works through many MAJOR questions about the different parts of his identity, and begins to realize that he might not actually have to choose between those different parts after all.

In the graphic novel, STEAM, Ruby is girl with super-intelligence hiding from the lab that made her while blending in as an average barista. After quietly observing the human customers around her, she decides to help them optimize their lives by using a little nanobot tech mixed with the espresso. Unfortunately for her, the fallout is bigger than she expected. It’s a funny, cozy, down to earth sci-fi graphic novel with a deeply emotional core, amazing art, and genuine heart.

Most people know Rick Riordan for his Percy Jackson series, but MY personal favorite was always the Kane Chronicles! When I first learned of this new fantasy laced with Egyptian mythology, I knew it would be one of my top reads of Spring 2026! For all of my fantasy fans who are looking to scratch that Kane Chronicles itch, Ungodly Chaos follows Amira who accidentally discovers that her ex-boyfriend is the descendant of Apep, the Egyptian god of chaos! Egyptian mythology + mystery + fantasy + romance = my (and your!) next perfect read!

The latest amazing read from Crystal Seitz is anything and everything you could ever hope for in a dark academia story, giving the genre a fresh new take with Norse mythology and fantasy elements! With a riveting murder mystery, a tender romance with swoon-worthy chemistry, chronic illness rep, AND a magical school you'll wish you could attend, this read deserves a top spot on your spring TBR!
